The Case Against Fred Smith Q C

The Bahamas government must begin to become more aggressive in their dealings with a man who wants to wreck this country.  Fred Smith Q C has done enough damage to the country and the law on costs should be amended to stop him dead in is tracks. Further, his outrageous claim for one million dollars in damages shows what his real motives are.  Last week the Government capitulated once more to the decision of the court to allow a man who has no status in The Bahamas to stay here unmolested while this matter winds its way through the courts. This should be challenged immediately in the Court of Appeal and on to the Privy Council.  Again, the ruling of the local judge should be reversed by statute if necessary.
