THE CENTRAL BANK WASTING TIME AND MONEY

While the services to consumers in the country from the banks deteriorate, the Central Bank is on a fool’s errand.  It is not looking out for consumers but is now going to hire a consultant and a public relations woman to convince us on why we should not be writing cheques over the next two years.  This should be stopped dead in its tracks as a complete waste of money. Foolishness.
