The Fred Smith Q C Comedy Show In Court

The case that Fred Smith Q C and his phony environmentalist have brought to court to try to stop oil drilling in The Bahamas continued last week in front of a Bahamian judge.  Mr. Smith asked for an adjournment, he said, that as a result of that hang gliding accident that  happened upon him in Italy last year that nearly killed him, he was in great pain and could not concentrate.  We made it clear in this column that God would have done us all a favour if the accident had been fatal to him but alas we are still stuck with this miscreant in The Bahamas.  So the court should have made him go on, pain or no pain, but alas the matter was adjourned.
