At the International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia (ICTY), a United Nations court of law dealing with war crimes that took place during the conflicts in the Balkans in the 1990’s, a photo of the bench – comprising Judge Joseph Masanche (Tanzania), Judge Burton Hall (The Bahamas – presiding) and Judge Seon Ki Park (South Korea ) Tuesday 13 June.
