WE ARE NEAR THE MIDPOINT

The month of September is two months away.  When we reach that month, we will have reached almost the half way mark of the PLP’s administration. Two years will have gone. The question is are we where we should be or is there a lag in the programmes and promises and the people disgruntled?  It is time to take stock.
