Minister Of Tourism Fires More Again

Minister of Tourism Dionysio D’Aguilar fired some more people from tourism last week. Looks like the count is now close to fifty that have been fired under his watch.  What a great beginning.  He then renewed a contract with a foreign firm to market the Ministry of Tourism for 600,000 dollars without a bid process. So you fire employees and then spend 600,000. No problem. They gave the latest employees three months’ notice and put them on the dole.  The Minister of Tourism said it wasn’t political. Pull our other leg.
