DIPLOMATIC WEEK LECTURE AT COB

Moore Library (Auditorium). Under the theme, “The Relationship between International Diplomacy and National Governance”, the purpose of this lecture was to inform and educate the public of the role of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs within national governance.
