Reginald Saunders who is the head of the Scholarship Unit of the Ministry of Education found this photo of the mother of Fred Mitchell MP, the late Lilla Mitchell.  Easter was a season she loved and dressed to the nines.  Mr. Saunders’ late mother Hyacinth was a good friend of the late Mrs. Mitchell. We don’t know when this was taken but it shows her in her finery and it’s a nice way to say Happy Easter.
