THE FIRST NATIONAL ADDRESS: Prime Minister Philip Davis spoke to the nation for the first time as Prime Minister in a National Address.  He announced the way forward but principally price controls on drugs and food and a new minimum wage to take effect for the public sector on 1 July 2022 and on1 January 2023 for the private sector.
