SECOND ANNIVERSARY  COMING FROM  THE PLP

Fred Mitchell assesses the state of the PLP at the second anniversary. He said people are simply impatient, having forgotten what it was like two years ago, when Hubert Minnis had us locked up in our homes, and you could be fined for going out to get a cup of water.
