THE PM ATTACKS FERGUSON AND KWASI SAYS NOT

The press reported on 22 June 2021 that the Prime Minister called Daniel Ferguson, a retired Royal Bahamas Defence Force Officer and a retired procurement officer of the Ministry of Finance an angry man and threatened if he persisted in writing about the procurement policies of the government, he would reveal the personnel files. The words were clear and unambiguous. Yet the politically blind deaf and dumb Minister of State for Finance Kwasi Thompson said in the Senate on Thursday 24 June 2021 that the Prime Minister did not attack Mr. Ferguson. Senator Fred Mitchell called the response silly and said that it was inappropriate for the Prime Minister to be attacking a public servant in the House.
