viagra usa times;”>Fred Mitchell , the Foreign Minister, was in Port au Prince, Haiti on 18 to 20 January for the meeting of the Ministerial Council of the Association of Caribbean States (ACS).  While there he took the opportunity to meet with the United Nations Stabilization Mission to Haiti (MINUSTAH), headed by Sandra Honore of Trinidad and Tobago.  The Minister received a full briefing from the representatives of the European Union, the United Nations, the Organization of American States, France, the United Kingdom, the United States and Brazil.  The security situation has deteriorated since the Minister and his party left Haiti.  The elections that were scheduled for today have been postponed indefinitely because of the rising level of violence.
