WE NEED A NEW PARLIAMENT BUILDING

We are nearing the second anniversary of the re-election of the PLP to office under a new Leader and Prime Minister.  There were expansive promises made when the PLP came to power that there would be a new Parliament Building started within the first year.  So far, there is no evidence of it.  The fact is the Parliament when it opens will be back in the old cramped and inadequate quarters and no sign of doing anything to improve them.
