THE POWER KEEPS GOING OFF

All last week throughout The Bahamas, the country was plagued by power outages and water outages. Eleuthera suffered. New Providence suffered. Meanwhile, the Bahamas Power and Light Company suspended the Union Leader accusing him of bilking the company of overtime monies unlawfully and fired two other union members.  Let us hope this will keep the power on. Consumers are increasingly fed up with it.
