EUGENE NEWRY BURIED

Fred Mitchell, Foreign Minister, presents the Bahamian flag to Francoise, wife of the late Dr Eugene Newry following the state recognized funeral 17 June 2022 at St Joseph’s Catholic Cemetery in Nassau.  Dr. Newry was the former Ambassador to the U. N. and to the United States.  He was a founding member of the National Committee for Positive Action of the Progressive Liberal Party.
