Kevin  Ferguson Vindicated

We reported on this site just after the local government elections took place nationwide that former Local Government councillor Kevin Ferguson of Freeport, Grand Bahama was defeated in part by a vicious campaign of disinformation by the Free National Movement and its supporters.  Just before the election took place, they circulated a cheque which purported to show that he received the sum of 175.000 dollars and change and that the cheque was endorsed over to Michelle Reckly who was then the Deputy Director of Urban Renewal in Freeport.  We reported then that the whole thing was false and that it had resulted reportedly in the Bank of The Bahamas investigating and dismissing the employees involved in the fraud.  We now publish a letter which came from the Bank which supports our story.
